This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all physical products purchased directly through the ZENZIN website and shipped within Belgium and the Netherlands.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.
After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.
Conditions for Returns
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
• The product is unused
• The product is in its original condition
• The product is returned in its original packaging
• The product is suitable for resale
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Procedure
Returns must be requested by contacting us in advance via contact@littlefighterbigjourney.com
Once your return request is approved, you will receive return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 14 days.
Refunds will cover the purchase price paid for the product, excluding return shipping costs, unless otherwise required by law.
ZENZIN operates under the Belgian small business VAT exemption scheme. No VAT is charged on purchases, and therefore no VAT is refunded.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Limited and Hand Produced Products
All ZENZIN journals are produced in limited quantities. Returns are accepted only if the product meets the return conditions stated above.
Products that show signs of use, damage, or incomplete returns are not eligible for a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the issue.
If your claim is approved, we will offer either a free replacement or a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
Non Returnable Items
The following items are non returnable and non refundable:
• Products that have been used
• Sale items, unless defective
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges in cases where a product is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us before returning any item to arrange an exchange.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship only to the following countries:
• Belgium
• The Netherlands
International shipping is not available at this time.
