General Information
ZENZIN is a Belgian business offering physical journal products. Products are shipped exclusively within Belgium and the Netherlands.
ZENZIN reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version applicable at the time of purchase will apply to the order.
Products
All products are described as accurately and truthfully as possible. Minor variations in colour, material or finish may occur due to production processes or screen display settings.
All journals are produced in limited quantities and packaged and shipped directly by ZENZIN.
Pricing and VAT
All prices are listed in euros.
ZENZIN operates under the Belgian small business VAT exemption scheme and does not charge VAT in accordance with article 56bis of the Belgian VAT Code.

Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are calculated separately at checkout.
ZENZIN reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
Orders
An order is considered final once payment has been successfully completed.
ZENZIN reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, stock limitations, technical issues or suspected fraudulent activity.
If an order is cancelled after payment, the customer will be refunded in full.
Payment
Payments are securely processed via third party payment providers such as WooPayments.
ZENZIN does not store or have access to full payment details.
Shipping Policy

ZENZIN currently ships to the following countries:

• The Netherlands
At this time, we do not offer shipping to other countries.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order has been placed.
Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday – Friday). Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via bpost.
Once your order has been shipped, delivery will be handled by the courier service and delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order value.
ZENZIN offers free shipping on orders over €50 within Belgium and the Netherlands.
For orders below €50, shipping costs will be calculated during checkout.

Returns and Refunds
Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen days of receiving their order, in accordance with EU consumer law.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within fourteen days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, the customer must contact ZENZIN within seven days of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.
Approved claims will result in a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

All content on this website, including text, images, designs, branding and journals, is the exclusive property of ZENZIN and may not be reproduced, copied or used without prior written permission.
Liability
ZENZIN is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit, except where liability cannot be excluded under Belgian law.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Belgium.
